Onemobi Infrastructure Security Update

  • April 11, 2014 by Meisam Mulla

Dear Customer,

On April 7, the OpenSSL project issued a Security Advisory that detailed a serious vulnerability in the encryption software in use by a large percentage of the internet. This vulnerability (nicknamed "Heartbleed") would potentially allow attackers to retrieve information from encrypted SSL endpoints.

On April 8th the OpenSSL project released patches that addressed the security flaw, and we secured all of Onemobi's systems that rely on OpenSSL against Heartbleed. Though we do not believe any accounts were compromised, we are taking proactive action to ensure our customers' security. We ask that you login to our billing system and reset your password. The billing system can be accessed by visiting the following URL:

https://my.onemobi.net/index.php?fuse=home&view=login

If you do not remember your password just click "Forgot your password" and a new password will be emailed to you.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this issue. Thanks for your continued business!

Sincerely,
Onemobi SysOps
