Standard Redirect
This will redirect all mobile users to the homepage of your mobile site regardless of what page they end up on the mobile homepage. You can find the code for this redirect type under "Site Settings > Auto Redirect Code"

Per page redirect
This is the recommended option for redirecting users. With this redirect type you can build a map of the pages you want to redirect your visitors to. As an example if someone was to email me a link to and I accessed it on my smartphone, the per page redirect would take me to the respective page on the mobile website ( 

As mentioned earlier you will have to build a redirect map for this to function properly. You can build a map by logging into the builder and hovering over "Site Settings" and then clicking "Per Page Redirect". You can get the code to add on your desktop website by clicking "Get Code".

The code for both redirect types will need to be added in the <head> section of your desktop website. 

There may be times that you want to send the email from a submitted form to more than one account. It is actually very easy to accomplish this. If you already have an existing form that you want to do this to just following the steps below:

  1. Login to the builder
  2. From the top bar hover over Modules and then click Forms
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the form you want to edit
  4. Enter the email addresses seperated by a comma. ex:

When someone submits a form on your website, you sometimes might want to send them a confirmation that their inquiry has been received. We have built this feature into all forms on the Onemobi platform and it is now available across all accounts.

Here is how you use the autoresponder on an existing form (the process on new forms is almost exactly the same):

  1. Login to the builder
  2. From the top bar hover over Modules and then click Forms
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the form you want to edit
  4. One the resulting popup enter whatever you want the person to receive under Email Autoresponder

  5. Hit Save Field

Important: Our system checks the form field names to determine what the user's email address is. You will need a form field containing the word "email" (case insensitive, no quotes required) which accepts the customer's email. It must be a text field otherwise the system will ignore the autoresponder altogether.

Below are some examples of field names that the system will determine to be email fields:

  • Email Address
  • email
  • Emailaddress
  • Your Email Address

These examples would not qualify as email fields:

  • e-mail
  • eaddress
  • The thing you check everyday

Onemobi Analytics are only accessible to accounts who have a valid privacy policy on their website. Due to the nature of the information collected, we require that our customers let their end users know what kind of information is collected by our servers before access to this information is granted.

We require the following paragraph to be included as part of your privacy policy:

Information collected when placing a call: When you access [YOUR-COMPANY]'s website, you are asked to provide access to your geolocation data. Should you allow us access to this information, it is recorded on our servers when you place a call through our website. Your GPS co-ordinates, along with your IP address, the time the call was placed, as well as an identifier that is unique to you is stored on our servers for an indefinite period of time. The information collected is only stored purely for analytical purposes, and is not sold or shared with any third parties without your consent.

The italicized section of the paragraph may be removed if it does not apply to you. Once you have added this part to your privacy policy, email us at with the link to your privacy policy (on your mobile website) and one of our representatives will verify that it is indeed there. Once verification is complete, access to the analytics will be restored for your account.

Please keep in mind that the link to the privacy policy must be clearly visible on the mobile website.
